OmeTV Banned My Account for 700 Hours Without Reason

I was unfairly banned while trying to connect to the OmeTV app from my Android phone. I was simply standing normally and did not engage in any rude, inappropriate, or disturbing behavior at all. Despite this, my account was suddenly given a ban of approximately 700 hours.
My previous ban had just been lifted yesterday, and while continuing to use the app in accordance with the rules, I was banned again in this way, which has caused me serious inconvenience. I did not see any clear or valid reason on the screen, so I believe this may be an automatic error.
The phone number linked to my OmeTV account is 5425****57. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible, preferably today. I would like to emphasize that I have been using the app in compliance with the rules, that I have been unfairly penalized, and that I want this issue to be resolved.
