OmeTV Suspended My Account Despite Paid Subscription
About three weeks ago, my OmeTV account that I use through Safari was suddenly banned for no clear reason. While using the app, I only continued by typing “show myself,” and I did not engage in any behavior that violated the rules—no harassment, no inappropriate content, or anything similar. Despite this, I was suddenly banned and was not given any clear explanation.
I also have a paid subscription on OmeTV, and being unfairly restricted despite this has caused both inconvenience and a loss of trust in the platform. I had never received any prior warnings or notifications about a rule violation; this happened all at once. I tried to contact support or customer service regarding the issue, but I couldn’t reach anyone or submit an appeal.
Since I have not violated any rules, I request that the ban on my account be removed and that I be provided with a clear explanation so I can continue using my paid membership without issues.
