OmeTV Blocked My Account for Age Restriction Without Reason
I had been using the OmeTV app on my iPhone for a long time. However, for more than three months now, I have been unable to use the app due to what I believe is an unfair age restriction ban.
After logging into OmeTV together with my sibling, an age restriction was applied to my account. I did not engage in any behavior that violated the platform’s rules, and I received no warning before this restriction was imposed. Since that day, I have not been able to access my account.
I request that OmeTV review my account, remove the age restriction applied to me, and provide me with information after completing the necessary investigation so that I can regain access.
