I Paid Twice for My Hotel Room on Otelz.com and Still Got No Refund

I made a hotel reservation through Otelz.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I needed to pay for the room at the front desk. I paid the full amount directly to the hotel. However, after that, I discovered that Otelz.com also charged me separately for the same reservation—meaning I ended up paying twice for a single room.
I immediately contacted Otelz customer service and explained the issue. They told me they would look into it, but no one has followed up. I’ve tried calling again several times, but I haven’t been able to reach a representative. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that is this unresponsive when they’ve made a clear billing error.
If I do not receive a full refund within 7 days, I will pursue legal action and demand repayment along with statutory interest. I urge Otelz to take this issue seriously and refund my duplicate payment without further delay.
