I booked a hotel through Otelz.com and paid the full amount upfront with my credit card. Everything seemed fine—until today, when the hotel called me directly, saying they haven’t received any payment from Otelz.com. They told me I now have to pay them in cash or they will cancel my reservation.
This is completely unacceptable. I’ve already paid ₺ to Otelz.com, and I have the confirmation and payment details to prove it (Reservation No: 550 88 02). Why am I being asked to pay twice for the same stay?
Otelz.com, I’m asking you to fix this immediately. You’re putting your customers in a terrible position and damaging trust. Either ensure the hotel receives the payment as promised, or refund me right away. This kind of issue shouldn’t happen with a professional booking platform.
