OmeTV Keeps Banning My Account Without Reason and Charging Fees
I use the OmeTV app on my iPhone 12 running iOS. Even though I have not violated any rules, my account keeps getting banned repeatedly without justification. So far, I have paid four times to have the ban removed, but each time, my account was banned again shortly afterward without any clear reason.
I was banned on multiple dates—March 4, March 7, March 10, and again today. In total, I have paid approximately $54 to lift these bans, and these charges were billed through my mobile carrier. Despite these payments, my issue has not been resolved, and my account continues to be restricted.
Even though I have not engaged in any misuse, inappropriate behavior, or rule violations, I keep getting banned, which has caused both financial loss and frustration. I have not yet contacted customer service or in-app support, but at this stage, I request that my account be reinstated and that the fees I was unfairly charged be refunded.
I also ask that my account be thoroughly reviewed using my registered email address, that I be clearly informed of the reason for these bans, and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
