I Face Speaker Failure and Unauthorized Repair on My Oppo A60 Within 30 Days of Use

I purchased an Oppo A60 smartphone in April 2025, expecting quality and reliability from a brand I trusted. Unfortunately, the device started having issues almost immediately. Before even completing 30 days of use, the internal speaker malfunctioned, making calls and media playback nearly impossible. Since I didn’t have a backup phone, I had to wait about another month before I could open a support request and send the device in.
I explicitly requested a device replacement, not a repair, given that the defect occurred so early in ownership. However, without my permission, the phone was opened and repaired—with the internal speaker and other components replaced. I find this completely unacceptable. A brand-new device should not require repairs so soon, and it certainly shouldn’t be tampered with without the owner's consent.
Oppo, this is not how a reputable company should handle post-sale issues. I paid good money for a fully functional, new product—not for a refurbished one after only a few weeks of use. I demand a full device replacement, not a repaired phone. If you fail to resolve this fairly, I will stop using the device and pursue this matter through legal channels. Please stand by your product and offer the customer care your reputation promises.
Oppo is a regret, I bought the A60 and after 30 days the speaker blew out and the sound was gone. The device became sluggish and the apps started freezing and lagging. Accordingly, I contacted the company 3 times and received no response at all. I sent my phone to the service center and it was opened. I bought it on April 15, 2025, and it malfunctioned on May 15, 2025. Oppo did not help in any way. Even though I tried to reach them via X and other platforms, they did not help me in any way. The product should be considered as a defective item.
