I purchased the Oppo A60 expecting a smooth and reliable user experience, but the reality has been the opposite. Due to several persistent hardware and software issues, I sent the phone to the authorized Oppo service center. Shockingly, the device was returned without any proper repair. It appears to have only been reset, as none of the problems were resolved.
Here are the ongoing issues with my Oppo A60:
Battery drains extremely fast—I have to recharge it multiple times a day even with minimal usage.
The screen frequently freezes, flickers, goes dark randomly, and the device reboots on its own.
Call quality is terrible—people can't hear me clearly, and I often hear muffled or broken audio.
The headphone jack doesn't work. I tested my headphones on another A60 device and they worked fine. When I plug them into mine, the audio still comes out of the speaker.
Wi-Fi connectivity is poor and unstable, and the mobile data signal drops constantly.
Despite this long list of issues, the service center only noted a minor issue with the front camera in the report. No action was taken to fix the critical problems affecting daily usability. This feels like complete negligence. I am highly dissatisfied and frustrated.
I demand a full technical inspection of the device, proper repair of the listed issues, and if these cannot be resolved, I request a replacement unit. Oppo must take responsibility and resolve this situation immediately to restore customer trust.
