I Face Call Failure and App Crashes on My Oppo A60 and Request a Full Refund

I purchased the Oppo A60 on June 30 from Vatan Bilgisayar, and just days later the phone began malfunctioning. During calls, I started receiving an error message that reads “Call Failed”, and the device often freezes with a completely white screen when I try to open apps. After a while, the phone restarts itself automatically. I tried rebooting it manually, and although the issue temporarily disappeared, it came back soon after.
I sent the phone to technical service, and they returned it to me claiming they performed a software update and found no hardware problems. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. I have photo evidence of the errors, and I clearly told the service team I do not want any repair or maintenance on a phone that has a defect not caused by user error.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid a substantial amount for a phone that cannot even handle basic functions like making a call or running apps. Oppo’s customer support admitted this is their normal process, but I am the one left without a functioning device. I demand either a full refund or a brand-new replacement phone. I expect Oppo to stand behind its product and fix this issue immediately. I will escalate this further if I do not receive a prompt and fair resolution.
