I bought a brand-new Oppo A16 60 in February, expecting a reliable device. Just 10 days later, the phone started freezing and vibrating uncontrollably. I returned it to the store I bought it from, and they told me to send it to the service center. The phone was returned within a week with a note claiming “no issues found,” but the problems never stopped.
For five straight months, I dealt with constant lag, freezing, and screen shaking. Eventually, the phone began shutting off on its own. I had to send it back to service again, and they promised to respond within 2 business days. It’s now been 22 days, and I still have no phone, no working replacement, and no resolution.
Despite repeated requests for a replacement device under warranty, they keep returning the same faulty phone without fixing it. I’ve lost over ₺2,500,000 in business due to this device failing me. I bought it new, and I’ve been left without a phone for nearly six months.
Oppo, this is beyond unacceptable. You’ve ignored my replacement requests and failed to fix the device. I’m pursuing legal action for damages and demand that this complaint be formally acknowledged. Provide a full replacement or compensation immediately.
