I Can’t Turn On My OnePlus 9R Even With Full Charge — Screen Completely Dead

I’m extremely disappointed with my OnePlus 9R. The phone's screen suddenly went black and will not turn back on under any circumstances. When I press the power button, I only get a charging notification, even though the battery is fully charged. This is not an isolated issue—I've been facing random glitches like this for a while now.

Before this, the device already had serious issues. The motherboard had defects, and the heat shields were missing. I paid a significant amount (₺) for a phone I expected to be reliable, and instead, I feel completely let down. For a brand that claims to be a leader in innovation and quality, this kind of failure is unacceptable.

I expected durability and dependable performance, but this device is failing me again and again. The lack of proper quality checks and build consistency is alarming. It’s embarrassing that a company with OnePlus’s reputation delivers such poor hardware quality.

OnePlus must step up and resolve this immediately. I demand either a full replacement or a complete repair without any additional cost. Loyal customers shouldn’t be left to deal with defects alone.
