OnePlus 9 Showing Red Horizontal Lines, Crashing, and Rebooting
My OnePlus 9 5G phone randomly freezes on its own, and three red horizontal lines appear on the screen. After that, the device shuts down and restarts itself. From the research I’ve done, I haven’t seen anyone else experiencing the same issue. I previously used a OnePlus 7 Pro and always thought OnePlus was the best phone brand. But after running into these problems, I’ve become somewhat disappointed with the device.
The phone was running Android 11 through an update, and even when it doesn’t freeze, it throws errors. About half of the freezes happen when I try to update the phone’s software — the three red lines appear, the device shuts down, and the update process fails. I urgently need a solution for my phone.
i m having the same issue it started a few weeks ago i experience the same glitch as you except my phone doesnt freeze it started when my city was going through hot weather my phone is LE2117 ONEPLUS 9 my phone never really heated but this summer really messed up with my phone when this graphical glitch shutdown started my phone would bootloop,shutdown on the oneplus logo ,heat and bootloop when this all started happening my battery life became worse also my idle drain too and it started to heat a little more from the motherboard i thought my battery is messed up so i got the battery changed the shutdown became less frequent like once a day but the battery life didnt become normal like it used to be i flash my phone stock i also changed my phones thermal paste with a premium one but still the problem didnt fix because this is a motherboard issue what did you do with your phone how is it doing now?
