My OnePlus 9 5G phone randomly freezes on its own, and three red horizontal lines appear on the screen. After that, the device shuts down and restarts itself. From the research I’ve done, I haven’t seen anyone else experiencing the same issue. I previously used a OnePlus 7 Pro and always thought OnePlus was the best phone brand. But after running into these problems, I’ve become somewhat disappointed with the device.
The phone was running Android 11 through an update, and even when it doesn’t freeze, it throws errors.
