My OnePlus 9 Pro Isn't Receiving Updates—Software Stuck

I'm frustrated because my OnePlus 9 Pro isn't getting software updates anymore! The device is permanently stuck on an old version, even though it's supposed to receive regular updates. I've tried everything possible—checking manually, restarting, and reaching out for support—but nothing has helped. The phone continues to say there's no available update, even though newer versions are clearly out there. What’s the point of buying a premium device if OnePlus can't keep it properly updated? This is completely unacceptable for a flagship smartphone! I demand that OnePlus immediately resolves this issue by enabling updates for my phone or explaining why this problem is occurring. OnePlus, stop ignoring customer complaints—fix this software issue now or offer another effective solution!

When I press the power button, I only get a charging notification, even though the battery is fully charged. This is not an isolated issue—I've been facing random ...

From the research I’ve done, I haven’t seen anyone else experiencing the same issue. I previously used a OnePlus 7 Pro and always thought One...

Before this update, my phone worked perfectly fine, but now, even basic tasks feel sluggish. Apple, you...
I bought the OnePlus 9 Pro expecting smooth high-performance gaming, but instead I’m incredibly disappointed. Although the 90 FPS option appears enabled in the game lobby, it automatically drops back to 60 FPS as soon as a match starts. What’s the point of advertising 120 Hz display and flagship Sna...

However, it’s now been nearly a year, and after the most recent software update, the device has started to lag frequently and freeze unexpectedly—someth...
