OnePlus 10N Motherboard Issue – No Repair, Refund Too Low
I bought the OnePlus 10N, trusting in the brand’s quality, but I deeply regret it. After just 1.5 years, my device needed a motherboard replacement. I waited two months under warranty, only to be told that there was no stock available. Instead of repairing my phone, OnePlus offered to refund me the invoice amount, which is only around ₺5000—far less than what the same model costs today (₺12,000-₺13,000). How is this fair? OnePlus isn’t replacing my device, isn’t fixing it, and is offering a refund that doesn’t even cover a motherboard replacement. Why are customers being left with no real solution? OnePlus must take responsibility and provide either a fair refund or a proper replacement immediately!
