Omix X600 L3 Certificate Problem

I have an OMIX X600 NFC phone, and according to the official brand page, I thought it had an L1 certificate. But when I tried to watch Netflix and other streaming services, it was clear that my phone only supports L3 certification. Because of this restriction, I can't watch content in HD or HD+ quality. When I asked Netflix Online Services for help, they told me to talk to OMIX. Unfortunately, OMIX hasn't responded to my emails trying to get in touch with them. I need their customer service team to fix this problem right away and get in touch with me. It's disappointing to run into this problem when you're trying to stream something smoothly. I hope the problem will be resolved soon.

"We sent the phone to the service again, and the phone came back to me with the same issues. In other words, a company like yours has taken advantage of thousands of people, but everything will find its justice. The problem should be resolved; I am still experiencing the same grievance, and I will file a complaint. I will not let anyone else go through the problems I have experienced."
