I used Jobseeker Amsterdam’s CV review service and recently discovered that an amount of R299 was debited from my bank account on 01/03/2026 without my consent. I did not sign up for any subscription or ongoing service, and at no point did I authorize this charge. The reference number appearing on the transaction is 606006024412. This debit is unauthorized, and I consider it unacceptable that money was taken from my account after a one-time CV service. I am now contacting my bank regarding this matter. I request an immediate full refund of R299, debited without my approval, and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name. I also expect written confirmation that no further amounts will be taken from my account without my explicit consent. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a full refund, I will have no choice but to consult my lawyers and consider further legal steps.
