Omix X6000NFC Support Call Disconnected After 51 Minutes of Waiting

I own an Omix X6000NFC device and recently called the Omix support number to report an issue. After waiting on hold for a frustrating 51 minutes, my call was abruptly disconnected without any assistance. This level of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for any company.

As a customer trying to resolve a problem, I shouldn’t have to wait endlessly, only to be disconnected. If I call again, I’ll likely face the same long wait time, which shows a lack of respect for customer time and needs. I strongly condemn this approach to customer service and expect Omix to take immediate steps to improve their response time and reliability. Omix, please address this issue promptly and restore confidence in your support services.
