Lack of Communication and Transparency from Omix x500 Phone Service
The service I received from your company regarding my Omix x500 phone was terrible, and I wanted to let you know how I feel. Due to a software issue, I had to ship my phone to Omix on January 26, 2023. When I paid the additional fee, I was informed that the socket was broken and that I would receive a receipt via email. But since then, I haven't heard anything more about my phone's whereabouts. Now that more than a month has passed, I still have no idea if my phone has been fixed. I have emailed customer support multiple times but have not heard back. I've tried emailing, but so far, no luck. As a longtime supporter of the Omix brand, I have never hesitated to suggest it to friends and family. My expectations were not met, and I am frustrated by the service I received. I'm hoping you'll be able to empathize with my worries and take the measures needed to improve your company's openness and dialogue with its clientele. I'm hoping that the problems I've mentioned have been fixed in my phone and am waiting patiently for an update.
