Netflix Doesn't Function on My Onvo TV, Why?

I purchased a brand new Onvo TV, filled with anticipation to indulge in marathon sessions of my beloved shows. It was quite surprising to discover that Netflix doesn't function on it! What should I do with this TV now? Is it a paperweight? I purchased it with the intention of streaming Netflix. Onvo should address this issue as soon as possible. Do I really need to purchase a new TV solely for Netflix streaming? I'm extremely frustrated. This customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I may need to consider filing a complaint. Hey Onvo, I really need your attention to resolve this situation.
