Booking.com Customer Service Not Responding to Missing Refund

I made a reservation via Booking.com for blue horizon sartı Oe in Sarti, Chalkidiki for the dates 18 March 2026 – 22 March 2026, with reservation number 5634125479. I completed this reservation on 06 November 2025 and the amount of 242 Euro was charged to my virtual card in a single transaction. Since the reservation was under refundable conditions, I cancelled it on 25 January 2026. Regarding the refund of this reservation, on 04 February 2026 I received an SMS from my bank stating that “your refund has been processed”. However, when I checked my card statement today, I saw that the 242 Euro refund still has not been reflected in my account. I then contacted my bank and was informed that this amount has not been transferred to my account. Despite nearly two months having passed since the refund notification, the refund has still not reached my bank. I could not find a phone number through which I can reach Booking.com by telephone, so I requested support by writing the details of the situation via the messaging area in your system. However, I do not know when and how I will receive a response. In the meantime, I have also seen on your website that many other users are experiencing refund and payment issues similar to mine, which makes me even more uneasy. I request that the 242 Euro refund be transferred to my card/bank without further delay, that I be provided with a clear written explanation for the cause of this delay, and that I receive an apology and appropriate compensation for the time lost and the inconvenience I have experienced.
