I Face NFC Not Working Issue on Oppo Reno5 Lite

Since the very first day of using my Oppo Reno5 Lite smartphone, the NFC feature has never worked. I have tried enabling NFC multiple times and tested it with different cards and applications, but the phone consistently fails to read anything. The issue occurs every time without exception, making the NFC function completely unusable.

I have not yet contacted Oppo customer service or visited a technical service center regarding this problem, and I am also unsure about the current warranty status of my device. However, this seems to be a persistent, chronic issue that should not occur in a smartphone that advertises NFC support as one of its standard features.

Because the device has never delivered the promised NFC functionality, I am requesting a full product replacement. I expect Oppo to address this issue promptly and provide a clear solution without unnecessary delays.
