Google Pay Shows Successful Payment, but 1Win Balance Not Updated
I made a UPI payment through Google Pay to top up my OneWin balance on 2 March 2026 at around 4:36 p.m. The amount of ₹1,200 was successfully debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my OneWin wallet balance. On Google Pay, the transaction appears as successful, and the money has been taken from my account, yet there is no corresponding top-up reflected in my OneWin account. I have tried to get support regarding this issue, but so far I have received no response. I request that the ₹1,200 be immediately credited to my OneWin balance for the failed top-up as soon as possible, or that the necessary action be taken urgently to resolve this issue.
