FlixBus Canceled My Trip Without Notice — Seeking Refund for €95.88 + €19.98
I purchased a bus ticket for June 10 from Amsterdam to Bruges, but the bus was canceled. I did not receive any email about the cancellation. My reservation number is 3235589628. After that, I planned to travel by train instead, but the trains were canceled yesterday due to a strike. In total, I want a refund of €95.88 to my credit card.
All of my travel plans had to change. I also had a bus trip from Bruges to Paris today that cost €19.98, and I want that refunded as well. FlixBus cancels buses whenever they want, and the Omio app sends me messages like “Welcome to Bruges,” yet it does not show any information about the canceled bus.
I request that all of these charges be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. FlixBus has truly been a disappointment.
