On November 15, 2024, I booked a 10:30 PM Omio bus from Marseille to Barcelona, but I have now been waiting for over six hours, and the bus never showed up. To make things worse, the bus station closed at 1:00 AM, and we were forced out onto the street in the middle of the night with no assistance.
Since I had already checked out of my hotel, I had nowhere to stay. I was forced to book a last-minute, expensive hotel for just three hours before purchasing another ticket on BlaBlaCar for a 6:35 AM departure just to reach my destination.
This is completely unacceptable! Omio, I demand a full refund for my ticket, plus compensation for the extra hotel cost! Leaving passengers stranded with no communication is irresponsible. Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you get your refund? I expect an immediate response and resolution!
