Omio Canceled My Paris-Amsterdam Ticket—No Refund After Days of Waiting
I booked a Paris to Amsterdam ticket for January 28, 2025, through Omio, thinking it was a reliable platform. However, my ticket was suddenly canceled, and despite paying in full, I was told that Omio is in a legal dispute with Eurostar. Why am I, as a paying customer, being affected by this?
It has been days, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is completely unacceptable! Omio should not sell tickets if they cannot guarantee the service. I demand an immediate refund, including interest, for the unnecessary delay. Customers should not be left in limbo due to Omio’s issues with third parties. Omio, return my money now!
