FlixBus Kept 80% of My Ticket After Cancellation — Requesting Full Refund

On November 7, 2025, at 10:25, we purchased a RegioJet ticket to travel from Dresden Central Station to Berlin Central Station. When the RegioJet bus was delayed by about 15 minutes, we assumed we had missed it and were forced to buy a new ticket from FlixBus. However, since the RegioJet bus eventually arrived, I canceled my FlixBus ticket. During the cancellation, FlixBus kept nearly 80% of the ticket amount as a deduction, which caused me financial loss.

When I contacted FlixBus customer service, I was informed that this deduction would not be reversed. I request that this issue be resolved and that the full ticket price be refunded. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I am expecting a fair solution.
