Novakid Ignored My Refund Request Despite 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

I purchased a Novakid lesson package on October 13, 2024, after a trial class. However, I immediately changed my mind the same day due to the price and reviews I later read. I tried to cancel right away, but there was no customer support number to call. No response on WhatsApp, and when I emailed, they replied the next day saying, “You will be called within 1-3 business days.”
Now, I feel like they are deliberately stalling to push me past the 14-day refund window. It is completely unacceptable to make cancellation this difficult, especially for something I decided against within hours.
