While exploring the App Store, I accidentally clicked on the NordVPN app, and before realizing it, I was signed up for a one-year paid subscription. I immediately canceled it within minutes. Initially, on September 5, 2024, ₺39.99 was charged, which I assumed was for one day of usage and didn’t question since I canceled right away.
However, on September 22, 2024, I was shocked to see a ₺2,399.99 charge for a full-year subscription, which I never authorized. I have attached my bank statement and a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation as proof.
App Store and NordVPN, I demand a full refund for this unauthorized charge. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Thank you for your support.
