Apple Refused Mistaken Purchase Refund

On 5 November 2023, I unintentionally purchased Nord VPN, and that isn't working correctly in my current country (Turkey) of residence. Despite my immediate efforts to rectify the situation, I have encountered challenges in obtaining a refund for this purchase. I understand that your policies are designed to ensure a secure and efficient experience for users; however, I kindly request your assistance in this matter. I submitted refund requests on 6 November, each within 24 hours of the initial purchase, as per your guidelines. Unfortunately, all four requests were denied. I would like to emphasize that this purchase was genuinely unintended, and I have taken immediate action to address the issue. The payment method used is incompatible with my location, rendering the app purchase unusable for me. I kindly ask for a thorough review of my case and reconsideration of the refund request.
