On July 3, 2025, I purchased the videogbt program from the App Store on a monthly plan for ₺699. On the same day, I also purchased the annual plan for ₺6,999. However, on August 3, 2025, another ₺699 was charged from my account for the same application. I do not understand how I was charged again for a monthly subscription despite having an active annual subscription. When I contacted App Store customer service, they said they accepted no responsibility, stating the matter was entirely under the responsibility of the videogbt application, and they offered no assistance. I believe the two monthly charges of ₺699 each were wrongfully taken from me and request that my grievance be resolved.
