Nocturne Dress Fell Apart After Just Two Hours of Wear

I purchased a “Draped Detail Halter Neck Maxi Dress” from the Nocturne store on Ziyapaşa Boulevard in Adana on June 27. After wearing the dress for only one or two hours, I noticed significant wear on the fabric, loose and unraveling seams, and visible dot-like stitching marks. Because the dress deteriorated so quickly, I believe it is defective. I was extremely disappointed to receive a product of such poor quality that I do not believe was worth the price I paid.
As soon as I noticed the problem, I took the dress back to the store where I purchased it, before even ten days had passed. They told me that they would send the product for inspection, that the process would take about a month, and that they would contact me with the results. However, they only took the dress and recorded my phone number. They did not provide me with an inspection form, receipt, or any other document confirming that they had received the product.
Even after the stated processing period had passed, I received no update whatsoever. When I called the store myself, I was then told that the process would actually take one to one and a half months rather than the one month I had originally been told. The dress is still with the company, so I cannot even take photographs showing the damage because I no longer have the product. In addition, I am no longer able to visit the store, and despite repeatedly calling the phone number they gave me, no one answers and I cannot reach anyone. I find this treatment separately disrespectful and unacceptable.
I request that this dress, which developed severe wear and unraveling seams within such a short period, be recognized as a defective product and that the full purchase price be refunded. I also request that my frustration and inconvenience throughout both the product inspection and communication process be resolved immediately and that a solution appropriate for proper customer service be provided. If my complaint is not resolved, I reserve the right to pursue my legal consumer rights.
