On July 30, I purchased a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti. I repeatedly messaged the site to ensure the package would arrive by August 2, but they kept delaying and only shipped the package on Friday. Despite informing them that I would be out of town, they only sent the dress on that Friday, which was the same day it was supposed to arrive.
Due to the urgency, the dress was delivered to my home on the night of August 5. By then, I was still away, and I couldn’t try it on. When I returned on August 9 and tried on the dress, it didn’t fit. Since then, I’ve been messaging the site, but I haven’t received any responses. They claim the return period is only 2 days, which is unreasonable as no seller has such a short return window.
It has been at least 7 days, and I can’t understand how a site with so many followers can mistreat customers. Here are my issues:
No Return Policy: They do not accept returns of purchased items.
Unfair Return Window: They claim a 2-day return period, which is not standard.
Poor Seller Engagement: They are only focused on selling and show no interest in customer service.
Unreachable Customer Support: You can never reach customer service by phone, and they hang up or keep you on hold.
Unresponsive: They ignore customer inquiries and distract with irrelevant messages.
I am extremely dissatisfied and feel let down. There are many more considerate sites out there. Because of their refusal to refund my money, I am left with 2 unused coupons that I was forced to use.
