I ordered a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti, which was delivered to me on January 7. The next morning, less than 12 hours later, I returned the dress via courier. Despite this prompt action, Kıyafet Sepeti has not responded to my emails or phone calls regarding the refund.

It feels like the company is deliberately avoiding the refund process, using stalling tactics to discourage customers from claiming their rights. For a purchase of significant value, this behavior is unacceptable.

I request that Kıyafet Sepeti process my refund immediately and improve their customer service response times. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
