2021 model Nissan X Trail Gearbox Problem Not Resolved
I own a 2021 model Nissan X Trail under warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the nearest service center in Malatya is closed, so I have to go to the Elazığ Authorized Service. Since April 2023 (08/02/2023), I've been trying to get my car repaired under warranty at Nissan Karabulut Plaza in Elazığ due to a malfunction. It took them over a month to identify the issue. They ordered the required part for repair, but it took a whole month to arrive. When I reported the delay to the headquarters, they canceled the order and placed a new one using a different shipping method. Finally, after 10 days, the part arrived. Now, the Elazığ Nissan Karabulut Plaza claims they are too busy and won't take my car for repairs. I've reached out to Nissan Customer Services and the Nissan Smile Line numerous times, but they haven't been helpful at all. They keep saying they can't do anything beyond reporting it to the service center. I'm still stuck, with my car malfunctioning for over two months. To all considering buying a Nissan under warranty, be cautious. The Nissan brand fails to take care of its warranty-covered vehicles and remains indifferent to its customers' grievances. My last resort is the Consumer Court. We shouldn't choose a brand that claims to have Customer Services but fails to assist their customers.
