My Nissan X-Trail Is Experiencing Oil Leaks

I took my 2021 model car, still under warranty, to Karabulut Motor Vehicles company, an authorized Nissan service center in Elazığ, on April 25, 2023. Due to their incompetence, they couldn't solve the problem with my car and sent me back empty-handed after traveling 200 km. I contacted Nissan customer service after several phone calls regarding the issue. The problem was investigated, and I was asked to return to the service center. On October 5, 2023, they returned my car with a work order closure form stating that the transmission oil level was measured and the transmission was programmed. While the transmission problem was fixed, a leakage issue occurred due to poor workmanship. The service representatives, incapable of proper inspections, returned my car to me in this condition. After noticing oil leaks on February 12, 2024, I contacted Karabulut Plaza (Nissan service) by phone. They asked me to bring the car back to the service center. With roadside assistance, I had my car towed 100 km to the service center. On February 14, 2024, they informed me that the repairs were completed, and I could pick up my car. I requested them to leave my car in the service for one more day for a detailed inspection due to continuous issues with them and the incompetence of the service staff. On February 15, 2024, warranty specialist Mr. A******* called me and said that all checks were completed, and there was no problem with the car. When I went to pick up the car, I opened the hood with the warranty specialist to inspect. I pointed out that the leaked oil was not cleaned, and I suspected leakage. Warranty specialist Mr. A******* tried to dry the oil with a cloth in the service entrance area. This can be seen from the security camera footage at the service entrance. On February 19, 2024, I noticed oil leaking in the same way where I parked my car, and on February 20, 2024, I filed a complaint with Nissan customer service. I suffered serious financial and emotional damage due to Karabulut Motor Vehicles's negligence. I demand compensation for my damages and that my car be brought back to a trouble-free condition under warranty.
