My Nissan Qashqai Still Isn't Repaired After 40 Days

I had a terrible experience after a traffic accident, and my 2022 Nissan Qashqai's rear right door was damaged. I took it to the authorized service center, Nissan Balaban in Antalya, for repairs on August 23, 2023. They wouldn't take my car because it could still start and drive, and the door could still close. They called me on an unspecified date and instructed me to temporarily pick up my vehicle. They said I could pick up my car when the repairs were completed at an unspecified later date. I left my car with them because I didn't want to drive around with a huge tear in the door. My car has still not been repaired after 40 days. There's no word on when it'll be ready. I wish patience to anyone who, like me, falls victim to Antalya's Nissan Balaban service.
