Nissa Car Rental Gave the Wrong Car at Gaziantep Airport
On June 4th, I rented a car through Obilet from Nissa Car Rental, with a reservation covering June 4th through June 20th. However, when I arrived at Gaziantep Airport, I was handed a completely different vehicle with entirely different specs than the one I had reserved. Not only was I not offered a suitable alternative matching the car I had paid for, but the company's staff told me this was the only vehicle they had available and that they would not be helping me further.
Despite the vehicle they handed over having visible damage and body issues on the exterior, the agent at the rental office brushed it off by saying that as long as the mechanical parts were working, the rest did not matter.
I was also unable to reach Obilet's customer service, and Nissa Car Rental offered no resolution whatsoever.
I am requesting that a vehicle matching the specifications stated in my reservation be assigned to me immediately, and that the harm I have experienced be properly addressed.
