Nissa Rent A Car Cancels Early Booking Without Notice

In January 2025, I took advantage of an early-booking offer and rented a car from Nissa Rent A Car, scheduled for pickup at Trabzon Airport on July 27 and return on August 4. No advance payment was required for the reservation. However, one day before my trip, the company cancelled my reservation without my consent and without providing any reason. This completely disrupted my plans and caused me serious inconvenience.
After learning about the cancellation, I immediately contacted customer service, but the representative I spoke with was extremely indifferent and uninformed. They showed no willingness to help and offered no solution whatsoever. As a result of this situation, I suffered both significant financial loss and considerable emotional distress. I was forced to rent a vehicle from another company at nearly three times the price, and I spent the first day of my vacation without a car.
My expectation is that a replacement vehicle under similar conditions be provided for my cancelled reservation, that my financial and non-financial losses be compensated, and that the inconvenience I experienced be remedied. I also hereby state that I will exercise my legal rights and initiate legal proceedings regarding this unilateral cancellation by the company.
