Nissa Car Rental Fails to Provide Reserved Car

Two days before our trip to Cappadocia, my spouse and I rented an Opel Corsa through Obilet, with reference number 16D91A3EC4E5, from the Nissa Car Rental branch at Nevşehir Airport. Even though they were aware of our flight time, no one was there to meet us when we landed, and the vehicle—scheduled to be delivered at 9:00 AM—did not arrive until approximately 9:20 AM.
When we inspected the vehicle in the airport parking lot, we saw that instead of the Opel Corsa we had reserved, an old-model Fiat Fiorino had been brought. When we asked about this, they said the reserved car had a flat tire and that they had no choice but to provide the Fiorino. The vehicle was one the company used daily, poorly maintained, smelled of cigarettes, and was extremely dirty inside. We waited for about one hour in the cold, and the staff member who arrived was highly indifferent and disrespectful. In addition, they tried to reassure us by saying they would provide the lowest insurance coverage, which further undermined our trust.
Because of all this inconvenience, we were forced to rent a car from another company at the airport at nearly twice the price. Due to this experience, I am extremely disappointed with both Nissa Car Rental and Obilet, which partners with this company. Hearing that they have previously caused similar issues for other customers made this situation even more disturbing.
I request that the inconvenience we experienced be addressed, that appropriate compensation be offered for the amount we paid and the additional costs we incurred, and that a proper investigation be conducted to ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
