I received a damaged car from Nissa Car Rental; how can I make them compensate properly?

If you received a damaged car from Nissa Car Rental and they are not compensating properly;

• Review your rental agreement and vehicle condition report to see what damage (if any) was documented at pickup
• Collect all evidence immediately: photos and videos of the damage, pickup time/location, and any messages or emails with staff
• Check whether the damage affects safety, usability, or caused extra costs or delays
• Confirm whether the car was accepted under protest or whether the damage was reported before leaving the lot
• Avoid continuing the rental without written acknowledgment of the damage

Contact Nissa Car Rental support again with a clear, formal request;

• State that the vehicle was delivered in damaged condition
• Provide your reservation number, rental dates, pickup location, and car details
• Attach photos/videos showing the damage and any proof it was not caused by you

Ask them to;

• Acknowledge the pre-existing damage in writing
• Refund part or all of the rental fee, or offer compensation (free day, upgrade, or partial refund)
• Confirm in writing that you will not be held responsible for the damage

If Nissa Car Rental refuses to compensate or ignores your request;
