On December 17, 2023, I purchased a pair of beige boots from the Nine West website. From the very first day, the zipper was hard to pull and kept snagging at the bottom. I examined it closely and noticed a slight curve in the zipper, which was clearly a defect. Since the boots were still under warranty and barely worn, I didn’t initiate a return immediately. Eventually, the zipper completely split at the problem spot. I contacted customer service and even offered to cover the zipper repair myself if needed. They told me to deliver the product to the Izmir Agora Nine West store, which I did. A month later, I received a message saying to come pick it up. I assumed it had been repaired, but to my shock, they returned it untouched. I’ve now resent the item and am demanding that Nine West either repair it properly or send a replacement. If this is not resolved, I will take legal action. All documentation is attached. I expect your company to stand behind its product and customer service.
