Nine West Snow Boots Split at the Sole After 6 Months

On November 18, 2024, I purchased a pair of thick-soled snow boots through the Ninewest.com app with order number 5241*13. After about six months of use, I started wearing them again this season, and on November 3, 2025, I noticed that the sole had split in two. Due to concerns for my foot health, I stopped wearing the product.
I received the product in Istanbul, and I can still access my invoice online. I paid $42 at the time of purchase. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted Nine West customer service.
Although I’m aware of the store’s 30-day return policy, as a long-established brand, I expect quality assurance and product durability. Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Defective Goods Clause), I request that the product be inspected and that an appropriate solution be provided.
To resolve this issue, I kindly ask for one of the following: a free repair, a replacement with a defect-free product, or a full refund. If product shipment is required for inspection, please provide an RMA or free return shipping code and details of the return process.
