On January 9, 2023, I purchased a pair of Sementa2 2PR model boots from Nine West’s official website (Order No: 5230****64). I wore the boots only once, briefly, while getting out of my car to attend a job interview. Despite such minimal use, the heel broke apart, and the sole was extremely stiff, which was very disappointing. The poor quality and discomfort were apparent from the first use, and when I later took them out of the box again, I was shocked to see that the heel had already fallen apart.
Experiencing such an issue with a product from a well-known brand has seriously damaged my trust in both the brand and its product quality. During the purchase, there was no information provided about warranty or return policies. I have not yet contacted customer service.
I request that the product be inspected and repaired under warranty, and that my inconvenience be resolved promptly.
