I purchased a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus shoes on May 11, 2025. Shockingly, after wearing them only two or three times, the mesh material on the outer side of the left shoe tore open. I didn't misuse the shoes or subject them to any harsh conditions—they were barely worn, and the damage occurred far too quickly for a product at this price point.
I submitted the shoes for inspection on July 11, 2025, requesting either an exchange or refund due to the tear. However, I received a message stating that my claim was rejected, with no detailed explanation—just a simple denial. I am absolutely certain this is not user-related damage; it’s clearly a manufacturing or material flaw.
For a brand like Nike, this is deeply disappointing. I expected quality and accountability, not a dismissive response after such minimal use. I’m requesting Nike to reconsider their decision and either replace the defective product or issue a refund. This level of quality control failure should not be passed off as customer fault. Please resolve this matter promptly and stand behind your product.
