I Report Premature Deformation on Nike Sneakers from Sneaks Up

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from Sneaks Up on March 28, 2025, expecting quality and durability. However, in an unreasonably short time, the shoes began showing visible deformation, as clearly seen in the attached images. Despite using them under normal conditions, these defects appeared far too quickly for a product in this price and quality range.

When I returned the shoes for inspection, I was told the damage was due to consumer misuse, which I firmly disagree with. As someone who treats their belongings with care and wears sneakers in appropriate settings, I find it unacceptable to be blamed for what seems to be a material or production flaw.

This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated, especially considering Nike’s reputation and the trust I placed in the Sneaks Up brand as a retail partner. I did not expect to deal with such poor product performance or to have my concerns dismissed so easily. I am requesting a full refund or an exchange for a new pair.
