Nautica Shoes Torn and Faded Within 4 Months – Refund Request Denied




I purchased a pair of shoes from Emar Nautica, but within just 3-4 months, the area around the ankle started tearing, and the color noticeably faded. I sent the shoes for inspection, but my request was denied. After sharing my complaint on Şikayetvar, I was contacted several times and asked to send the shoes for a second inspection. I complied, but the result was again a denial.
The poor quality of these shoes is unacceptable for the price I paid. I no longer want the shoes—they can keep them. I will never purchase from Nautica again and demand a proper resolution for this issue. Customers deserve better quality and service. Please address this matter urgently.

There has been no progress in the process, and after the inspection, I did not take back the shoes. They remained at the store where I handed them in. I left their worthless shoes in their own trash. After this incident, I no longer enter Nautica stores anyway.
