Nautica Swim Shorts Tore After Three Uses – Poor Customer Support

On April 9, 2024, I purchased a pair of swim shorts from Nautica. After wearing them just three times, I noticed three tears on the front of the right leg, all in the same area. It’s clear there’s a defect in the fabric. Despite sending the shorts for inspection twice, I received no explanation—just a rejection of my claim.
It’s unacceptable for a product like swim shorts, which should last much longer, to tear after only three uses. I’ve owned cheaper shorts in the past that lasted for years, but after paying a premium price for these Nautica shorts, I’m extremely disappointed. Nautica’s lack of attention to customer satisfaction is shocking. I expect this issue to be resolved properly.
