N11 Refund Chaos: Returned Ferre Appliance, Stuck Waiting

On February 12th, I purchased a built-in appliance set from the brand Ferre via N11. However, due to reviews about the product made before the shipment arrived, I requested a return without accepting the product. I contacted the logistics company for this purpose. They provided me with a new tracking number. I then forwarded this tracking number to N11. Subsequently, I waited for the products to be returned to the seller. Suddenly, on March 5th, I received an email from N11 stating that my refund request had been cancelled. I called them and explained the situation. They assured me that they had initiated the return process again and said the email I received was due to a system error. I said okay, no problem, as long as they refund my money. But for several days, I've been calling customer representatives, and whenever I inquire about the issue, I'm told that processes are being carried out in the background. It is stated that in return processes if there is no response from the seller within 2 business days after the product is delivered, the refund will be automatically processed. However, despite the time passed, the customer representative says that the solution team cannot see whether your shipment has been delivered or not! A number has been assigned to each product that is resent based on shipping movements, and when you add this number to the end of the logistics company's link, it can be seen that the products were delivered on March 5th. I conveyed this situation to customer service again, and this time they said, "Since there is a temporary halt in the store, the system cannot confirm whether the product has reached the store or not, so it cannot automatically approve your refund." Then I ask what the explanation is for the urgent situation indicated to the solution team. They say they understand me, but there's nothing they can do. In short, I believe that N11 is a company whose system has not yet settled, with an amateur working principle and extreme customer dissatisfaction, which even contradicts its statements. I hope consumers like me will choose companies like Amazon and Hepsiburada that do their job correctly.

Now they have created a new return request, which shows that the products will be delivered to the seller on March 18th. It's hard to understand how a product that has already been delivered can be returned again.
