N11 Failed Luxtell Refund After Cancellation

Hello, I bought something from N11 on January 13, 2024, and decided to cancel it on the same day. Even though I had canceled my order, the item was still sent to me, and I made it clear that I would not accept it when it arrived. I still haven't received my refund, even though the shipping company sent the item back to the sender. I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution. I need a solution to this problem. I never expected to encounter such a frustrating issue.
