N11 Refused to Cancel My Order - Sent It Despite My Return Request
I placed a bracelet order through a seller on the N11 website. Before the item was even shipped, I submitted a return request. At first, the seller refused, then later accepted it. They told me I needed to contact customer service for the return process. They said the return would be processed only after they called and confirmed with me. Because of this, I contacted customer service multiple times and submitted requests. It’s been four days, and there’s still no progress. Every time, I’m told my request is “in process,” and they even shipped the item. But I still want to return it. Meanwhile, the live support service at N11 is terrible. You wait ten minutes for a response, and even then, they’re not helpful. Nothing is getting resolved.
